How long does a typical evaluation take?

Most evaluations complete within 2-4 weeks. We provide a 30-day Enterprise trial license, dedicated support, and a structured evaluation guide. Teams with clear requirements often reach a deployment decision within two weeks.

Can you help us migrate from our current object storage?

Yes. Flashstor is S3-compatible, so migration typically involves updating the endpoint URL in your application configuration. For large-scale migrations, we provide tooling guidance using rclone or mc (MinIO Client) for parallel data transfer.

Do you offer on-premise deployment assistance?

Enterprise customers receive deployment planning, configuration review, and architecture guidance. We can join your deployment calls, review your infrastructure topology, and help optimize Flashstor configuration for your specific hardware.

What information should I prepare for the discovery call?
